The things we all know and love about our platform haven’t changed. But, the name reflects our evolution and how we’re helping schools around the world digitally manage, streamline and track day-to-day tasks in one secure place.
Our mission is simple: Eliminate operational inefficiencies so that every dollar and every minute possible is focused on student education. More importantly, we’ve been working hard on a range of new features to support that mission and help you reclaim your day with Operoo.
Watch the launch recording as CareMonkey CEO, Troy Westley, explores the new ways Operoo’s School Operations & Productivity Platform helps you automate manual, disconnected and paper-based processes: From enhanced reporting and data visualization capabilities and new online shopping cart; to Blueprint forms that support recurring processes, new customizable incident reporting, a suite of COVID-safe workflows, and more.

Customizable Incident Reporting

(Community and Group Editions)

The best way to manage incidents is to track and report them as they occur. Now you can capture any type of incident, logging details against specific student profiles, from any device – from injury and illness, behavior and accidents; to reporting faulty equipment or awarding house points.

Multi-item Payments with Simple Cart

(Community and Group Editions)

There are lots of scenarios where you need to facilitate multi-item payments from families, staff and the public. Discover how with Operoo’s online shopping cart, Simple Cart. Collect payments from any device at any time, and track real-time payment information against specific students and transaction types – from ordering school supplies, making uniform payments and organizing school camps. Even pair Operoo Public eForms and Simple Cart to organize public events and collect funds from anyone – from selling tickets to the school production to collecting donations.

Brand new visualizations also bring data analysis and insights to the fore. Use dynamic dashboards and charts to quickly identify trends, which data you’ve collected and what’s missing. For details, check out our guide to the new Form Library.

Appointment Scheduling

(Community and Group Editions)

The ‘Appointment time’ question is now available to be used in self-service forms and public forms.

This is useful when you want to let people sign up for things in different time slots. For example, let’s say you have an open house for the public and you can cater for 30 people to attend in four different time slots.

Use the ‘Appointment time’ question in a public form to limit each session to 30. As each session fills up, that session will become unavailable to the next person accessing the form.
